In the spring of 2022, SCALES had the pleasure of starting a graduate program for software developers, which is the first time this type of graduate program has been initiated.

The team is looking into a year of exciting and well-planned training, project work, and certifications within Dynamics 365FO.

It’s great to observe the high level of curiosity and eagerness to learn. This is also essential for all graduates to quickly contribute with great value to customer projects.
