The individual member of staff decides what we do together
In order to strengthen networks and team spirit at SCALES, we organise a lot of social events. These activities are run by the staff social club, whose aim is to strengthen relations between staff across locations, experience and background. Together with the management, the staff social club organises regular Friday bars and two parties a year. In addition, the staff social club actively encourages all members of staff to organise and hold events that interest them, and luckily, a lot of our colleagues do.
