The end of year process can be completed using a non-D365FO micro service.
The purpose of the micro service is to improve performance of the end of year process by:
- Reducing the load on D365FO in connection with the end of year process.
- Improving transparency in the process.
- Making the status of the process for each company visible to users in real time, so they don’t have to navigate batch job history.
